How do I book?

Booking is simple:

  3. Book directly online, sign the rental agreement, and pay the deposit.

Can I also book by phone?

How can I check if a property is available?

Every property page has a real-time availability calendar.

  • Select your travel dates to instantly see rental prices and optional services.

Can I place an option online?

Yes. You can reserve a property temporarily (non-binding and free). This option usually lasts 2–3 days, giving you time to arrange flights or check with family/friends.

When will I receive the rental agreement?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the rental agreement by email, including a breakdown of all costs.

When do I need to pay?

Payments are spread across three stages:

  • Deposit – due at booking.

  • Second payment – 4 weeks before arrival.

  • Final payment – upon arrival.

All amounts and due dates are listed on your booking form.

In which currency can I pay?

All prices are in euros (€).

Which payment methods are accepted?

  • Bank transfer (processing time: 1–2 business days).

  • Paypal
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc) via a secure 3D Secure environment.
    💡 Always include your booking number with transfers.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: between 16:00 and 19:00 on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out: by 09:30 on departure day.

If you’ll arrive later than 19:00, please notify us in advance to arrange key handover.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes – the minimum stay depends on the property and season. Please check the specific details on each property’s page.
